The Blue Cross(R) and Blue Shield(R) Federal Employee Program (FEP) Overseas app is for members who need to submit medical claims for care received outside the United States, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. It can also be used for care received on a U.S. military base overseas or on a cruise ship. If you received care anywhere else, please submit your claim to your local Blue Cross Blue Shield plan.
